CrossFit Richardson Basics is one 2-hour session on Saturday at 6:30am (must sign-up in advance) with a certified CrossFit coach. This session is designed to introduce the movements and workouts we do in CrossFit on a daily basis as well as introduce the foundations of living a healthy and active lifestyle. You must attend a Basics session before you start regular CrossFit classes.To register for a Basics Class, you will need to sign up for a 6 or 12 month contract and then sign up for a specific date for your Basics Class. After you have attended your Basics class and have been cleared by a CrossFit coach, you can attend regular classes.
The cost of our Basics month alone is $200 and includes the required session, plus participation in our regular classes for the remainder of the month from the date you sign up (30 day membership). Should you sign up for a contract option, then the two hour Basics session will be included in your first month at the discounted rate of your contract ($150/month for a 12 month contract; $175/month for a 6 month contract).
